ORB mails dozens of informative letters to elementary schools countywide beginning in August each calendar year. Morning and afternoon performances at two locations are offered to allow for any conflict in scheduling. Each performance is followed by a question and answer session where dancers field one-on-one questions offered by the student body. Each participating student is also offered an opportunity to enter into a countywide coloring contest. A first, second, and third place winner from each location is awarded gift prizes and/or free tickets to a full ORB performance.
