Community Opportunities
Oil Region Ballet is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our non-profit Organization is aimed at providing an educational approach to our communities' cultural challenges.
Education &Â Outreach
Education is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working every day to make a positive impact. We offer creative Student Outreach programs to all area school students. Here, audiences are introduced to "Ballet Mime" - the art of non-verbal storytelling. These demonstrative performances are followed by a personalized question and answer session between our audience, our dancers and our stage crew. Students will exit the theater with a newfound understanding of the Art of Ballet, checking any preconceived notion or prejudice at the door. Community Outreach
At Oil Region Ballet, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing dance advocacy. Through cooperation and community empowerment, we believe we can facilitate progress in the arts. ORB offers Scouting programs, Behind the Scenes programs and visitation performances upon request. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more or make a unique request for a community project.

Programs
With each dance program, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. ORB offers financial help through several dance scholarships. The Oil Region Ballet Company itself is a free opportunity with no financial commitment.
